If you need an archived version, documentation, or other Q3map2 information, please visit the Official Q3Map2 page. Learn how you can contribute to the project. Support for more games can be achieve by downloading gamepacks from the GtkRadiant Gamepack SVN, although these additional games may not be officially supported by the 1.6 branch. GtkRadiant 1.6 comes pre-packaged with support for a number of games. ![]() If you want to create levels for more than one game or mod, you can install more than one gamepack and set GtkRadiant to use the correct one in the project settings. Gamepacks include game SDK files that are required for each game or mod you want to create levels for. Please choose the right version for the game platform of choice. GtkRadiant 1.4 includes the core program and SDK files in several bundled installers. GtkRadiant 1.4 has wrapped up development and version 1.4.0 is the last stable release. Separate "gamepacks" must also be installed for the required game SDK files. GtkRadiant 1.5 installs with a universal installer for all supported games. GtkRadiant 1.5 has wrapped up development and version 1.5.0 is the last stable release. While we recommend users use the latest GtkRadiant 1.6 version, we recognize that some designers will still prefer the GtkRadiant 1.4 and 1.5 releases they are used to. Expect possible bugs and report them on the GtkRadiant issue tracker. Links to development builds of GtkRadiant are posted to the GtkRadiant Mailing List and on the header of the IRC channel.ĭevelopment builds are provided if you want to help test the latest features and are considered experimental.
